Custom handmade aluminum intake manifold. We replaced
the stock carburator with a Mikuni Round Slide because parts
were discontinued.  This bike starts on the 1st kick every time.

 
The fuel tank in this scooter was cleaned of rust then coated inside and out  It will survive a nuclear bomb blast and will never rust again.
